Description

An outstanding small specimen trifoliate maple. Furrowed bark is vertically fissured golden brown colored. Slight exfoliation not as pronounced as A. griseum. One of the earliest trees to leaf in spring with showy bright green foliage turning to dark green in summer. No disease problems. Selected as a 2004 Great Plant Picks™. Native to Manchuria and Korea.
